CSKA Moscow made it to the Champions League group stage after defeating Sparta Prague 2-2 at home and 3-2 win away from home, but they were 0-2 down in the return leg, and made an amazing comeback into that game there, while they also defeated Sporting with 3-1 at home after a 2-1 loss away from home in Portugal in the first leg. Wolfsburg finished last season on 2nd place in Bundesliga, and they have started this new season pretty well in the league as they have managed to win so far both games played at home in the league, and the opponents were pretty challenging as Schalke 04 and Eintracht Frankfurt are good teams from my point of view, and Wolfsburg beat them both at home, and I see them winning this game here against CSKA Moscow as well in the Champions League here.

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has suffered a head injury during training and is doubtful for Premier League clash with bitter rivals Liverpool, according to British media reports. Rooney suffered a deep gash in his forehead during a collision with a teammate and needed stitches. The injury could also see the 27-year-old striker miss England's upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Moldova and Ukraine.
